What is mobile detailing?

Mobile detailing means we bring the detail shop to your location. We come fully equipped with our own tools, products, and supplies — so you don’t have to drive anywhere or wait in line. Whether you’re at home, work, or even the gym, we detail your vehicle on-site.

What areas do you serve?

We’re based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and serve surrounding areas including Leo-Cedarville, New Haven, Huntertown, Grabill, Harlan, and anywhere within about 30 miles of Fort Wayne.

How do I book an appointment?

Do I need to be home during the service?

Nope! As long as we have access to the vehicle and any necessary keys (especially for interior work), you don’t need to be present.

Interior Detailing Questions

What’s included in an interior detail?

Our interior packages typically include vacuuming, stain removal, upholstery or leather treatment, plastic conditioning, cupholders/vents cleaning, odor neutralizer, and interior glass cleaning. The deeper the package, the more restoration it includes.

Can you remove stains or pet hair?

Yes! Our Deep Clean and Deluxe packages are designed for heavy interior cleaning, including tough stains, spills, pet hair, and more.

Do you clean leather seats?

Absolutely — we clean and condition leather with safe, non-greasy formulas that restore suppleness and prevent cracking.

Will my car smell fresh afterward?

Yes — every interior detail includes an odor neutralizer, and our deeper packages include enzyme-based treatments for smoke, mildew, pet, or food odors.

Exterior Detailing Questions

What’s included in an exterior detail?

Our standard exterior packages include hand washing, bug & tar removal, clay bar treatment, polishing, wheel/tire cleaning, and wax or sealant application for protection and shine.

Do you offer paint correction or ceramic coatings?

Yes! These are offered as upgrades to our exterior packages. Paint correction helps remove swirls and minor scratches, while ceramic sealants offer long-lasting protection and extreme gloss.

Can you detail my vehicle if it’s parked on the street or at an apartment?

Yes, we just need enough space to work and ideally access to water or power (though we’re usually self-sufficient).

Payment & Policies

How do I pay for my detail?

We accept cash, card, and digital payment methods like Venmo, Zelle, or CashApp. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

Do I need to prepare anything before my appointment?

We just ask that you remove personal belongings from the vehicle beforehand, especially from the seats, floorboards, and cupholders.

What if it rains on the day of my appointment?

We’ll reach out ahead of time if bad weather might interfere. For interior-only work, we can usually proceed as scheduled. For full or exterior details, we’ll reschedule at your convenience.

Most appointments take 2–4 hours depending on the condition of the vehicle and the package you choose.

Do you offer maintenance plans?

Yes we do! We offer monthly maintenance plans where your first month is full price, and then each month after is 30% off that price.
